Shipping physical products

Physical products need to be prepared before they ship. Some apparel is made or printed on demand after your order is received. An order confirmation means that your order has been recorded; it does not mean that the package has already been handed to a carrier.

Products may be prepared and shipped by different suppliers or production facilities. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Preparation and transit

Preparation or production and transit are separate stages. Total delivery time includes both and may vary by product, selected color or size, availability and delivery address.

If you need an item by a specific date, contact info@jengearpro.com before purchasing to ask about availability and delivery conditions. A date is guaranteed only if it has been expressly confirmed for your order.

Shipping options and charges

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on the products and the address entered. If items ship from different suppliers or facilities, the charge may combine the applicable shipping costs.

Review your selected service and the total before paying. Choosing a faster transit option does not remove preparation or production time.

Shipping promotions

Enter FREESHIP50 at checkout for free shipping on eligible services when your merchandise subtotal is USD 50 or more after applicable discounts. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward this minimum.

You can combine TIKTOK10, which offers 10% off, with FREESHIP50 when both codes' requirements are met. If the discount reduces your merchandise subtotal below USD 50, FREESHIP50 does not apply.

Other automatic promotions or discounts may prevent these codes from being combined. Before paying, check that the codes have been accepted and review the shipping charge shown.

Tracking and help

Once shipment is recorded and tracking information is available, you can check it in your order notifications or on the store's tracking page. Items shipped separately may have different tracking numbers.

For questions about shipping, a delay or a package you received, contact info@jengearpro.com with your order number and the affected item. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Digital guides

Digital guides are delivered by email through PDF download links. No physical package is shipped for these products; links are included in the order email when payment is confirmed.

Individual guides include one PDF in the language stated on the product page. The bilingual bundle includes six PDFs: three guides in Spanish and three in English.

Digital products have no shipping charge. If your cart also includes physical products, shipping charges may apply to those items.
