Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on digital guides unless there is a technical issue preventing access to your files. If you experience any problems downloading your guides, contact us at info@jengearpro.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Physical Products (Apparel & Supplements)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all physical products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
